Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. “Dispatched” means your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is en route to your delivery address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information during checkout. Missing or incorrect details may result in delays or cancellations. If our system detects a shipping issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we may cancel your order.
If you notice any issues with your shipping details, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes after this window.
Delayed Delivery
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may happen due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen transit issues. We will coordinate with the courier and keep you informed every step of the way.
Processing delays may also occur due to product availability, address verification, or payment issues. If this happens, we will notify you promptly.
Please understand that Calmera is not liable for delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, but we are always here to support you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is in transit, Calmera cannot control how it is handled by the courier. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us via the Contact Us page. We also recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim.
We will do everything we can to support you, including following up with the courier and keeping you updated. While we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement if the package is not recovered.
